Hound Dog Pet & Dogs Supplies

My dog (Bichon Frise) is a year and a half old. He does go to the bathroom outside but he still tends to pee in the house quite often and poops now and again even though i've had him on a schedule that hes been doing pretty well on. He goes outside 4 times a day, the first 2 are 10-15 minute walks where he poops each time (mostly) and the second 2 are runs around the back yard, but he doesnt poop in the yard.
Despite the regular schedule he still poops at night once in a while and if we are gone he tends to poop and that messes up his schedule and it takes a couple days to get back on it.
I have been stuck putting a male belly band diaper on my dog because he pees. Theres no reason for it. Hes perfectly healthy and up to date on shots.
I dont like bringing him to peoples places for fear he will go to the bathroom (which he has).

This Easter will be the first my toddler is able to understand and most likely to remember, and I do definitely want to celebrate the Easter Bunny and all of the marketing-Easter-Spring hype, but I don't know if I want to celebrate it and our religious Easter together. Would it be strange to have our kids (well, one now) grow up celebrating the Easter Bunny on Saturday and Easter Sunday on, well, Sunday?

If he was in a pet carrier/tote bag.. Maybe with a flap open so he can see.. Could you take him into a store like Target or Walmart? Or is it illegal?
Geez, I was just asking! You people don't need to get so defensive. And I don't "shove" my dog into anything! If he doesn't like the bag, then I wont put him in one.. I see people all the time with dogs in human stores, so I wasn't sure if it was ok. And besides, I took my pom to the mall the day we had him put to sleep. He loved seeing people, so I thought on his last day he should get out and see people! And NO ONE said anything to me about having him in the mall!

Is there any way, or brands to attach and LED light to my hd camcorder. It doesn't have a shoe mount though.
